Meet London Role Play’s experienced team, who have taken the company from strength to strength with exceptional work for a number of clients including global organisations and Footsie 100 companies.


Mandy Jackson Director
Mandy founded The London Role Play Company back in 2001 with the help of The Prince’s Trust. Over a decade later and London Role Play has gone from strength to strength with clients including Footsie 100 and global companies.

Mandy is fortunate to have a fantastic team behind her with some of the UK’s most talented actors. Having developed a good working relationship with the corporate world, London Role Play continues to find innovative ways to use actors in business.

Emily Ballantyne Manager
Emily’s ‘dramatic’ career change in 2007 from retail management to theatre makes her ideally placed to manage London Role Play.

Emily worked in management for The Arcadia Group, Budgens, and QVC, before re-training as an actor.

Alongside her new acting career, Emily has been Manager at London Role Play for the past five years, leading a variety of very successful projects.

Ben Jones Writer
After starring in Doctors, Ben turned his hand to writing for the show, and has scripted several episodes of the award-winning drama series.

Ben’s writing experience is broad and covers, advertising, media, communications, and training, as well as script writing.

Ben has co-written a number of successful workshops and forum theatre projects for London Role Play. He is currently developing new initiatives, which aim to help business people deliver important messages on camera.

Angie Marray Writer
Alongside her acting career, Angie has trained and worked in journalism, media, and script writing.

She was a journalist for The Independent on Sunday, The Sunday Mirror Magazine, and also GMTV. Angie has worked in communications for numerous public and private sector clients.

Her script writing has seen her assigned to a variety of films from feature films to corporate video. With London Role Play she is currently script writing a training video for The East Midlands Water Company.

Grant Masters Facilitator
Alongside his enviable TV career as an actor, Grant also enjoys directing and facilitation.

He has been with London Role Play from the start and facilitated a variety of different workshops. Grant led forum workshops for Tower Hamlet’s Housing department and has also been instrumental in facilitating our ‘Personal Impact’ workshops.

Grant is passionate about his work and has a great talent for instilling confidence in those around him.

Chris Hollis Facilitator
Chris has vast experience in the corporate sector working as an actor, facilitator, and consultant.

He has facilitated events for numerous companies including Visa International, Eurostar, Mercedez Benz, Centrica, and Waitrose.

Chris is a dynamic facilitator and skilled at delivering hard-hitting programmes which seek to challenge and change attitudes.

Emma Kilbey Facilitator
Emma has facilitated workshops for numerous organisations throughout the public and private sectors.

Central government has seen her lead workshops for both the MOD and HM Prison Service. Emma has worked with Orange, Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, Bayer, and many other big brands.

With London Role Play Emma has facilitated ‘Personal Impact’ workshops and also forum workshops for local councils.

Evan Pugh Film Production
Evan’s numerous credits include directing on reality TV shows Big Brother and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

He has also worked on a number of feature films with his favourite being The Lord of The Rings, Return of The King.

Evan has produced many corporate videos and is currently planning a London Role Play training video for The East Midlands Water Company.

James Tucker Director of Photography
James has shot, edited, and been Director of Photography for many different clients.

TV has seen James behind the camera for both ITV Meridian and London Tonight. In the corporate sector he has worked for Remploy, Merlin Entertainment, The Institute of Marine Engineering, and the MOD.

James has been with London Role Play since it was founded, filming, directing, and editing on a large number of projects.
